July Recipe: Bacon Blue Cheese Burger Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean to fat ratio) 4 burger buns 8 slices of bacon 4 ounces Kingston blue cheese, crumbled 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper, to taste Lettuce leaves Sliced tomatoes Sliced red onions (optional) Condiments of your choice (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)

ingredients
1 ct Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or salad spinner.
1 ct Hull the strawberries and slice them thinly.
1 ct Rinse the blueberries and drain them well.
1 ct Roughly chop the pecans.
1 ct In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, fresh blueberries, and chopped pecans.
1 ct Crumble the blueberry goat cheese over the salad ingredients. Ensure it's evenly distributed throughout the salad.
1 ct In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil until emulsified. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
1 ct Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad mixture. Use tongs or salad servers to gently toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
1 ct Once the salad is well mixed, transfer it to individual serving plates or a large serving platter.
